Camera PermissionOur app requests access to your device’s camera for the sole purpose of scanning QR codes provided by our partner restaurants.

  • How it Works: After dining, a customer is provided with a QR code by the restaurant. Using the in-app camera scanner, the user can scan this code to receive “Bet Credits.” These credits are used to play games within the app. Winnings from these games are awarded as “Barbucks,” which can then be redeemed for food and beverage rewards at that specific restaurant.

We do not store, save, or transmit any images or video from your camera. The camera is only active during the QR code scanning process.

File and Storage AccessTo provide full functionality, our app may request access to your device’s files and storage. This is used for two specific purposes:

  • Uploading Images: For our restaurant partners, the app needs to access the device’s photo gallery or file folders to allow them to upload images of menu items for their rewards.
  • Saving Reports: The app can generate reports (such as PDF or Excel files). We need storage access to save these files to your device’s local storage for your records.

We only access files that you specifically select for upload, and we only save files to your local storage when you initiate the action.

 

4. User Communications and Chat Data

 

Our Service offers features that allow users to communicate with each other, including a global chat and restaurant-specific chats. When you use these features, we collect and store the content of your messages, including text, timestamps, and recipient information.

This data is collected solely to deliver your messages and provide you with a history of your conversations. We store this information on our secure servers. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the FanFeast mobile application (the “Service”) operated by FanFeast (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

1. User Accounts

 

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • Account Responsibility: When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • Account Security: You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

2. The FanFeast Service and Virtual Items

 

The Service allows users to earn and use virtual items, specifically “Bet Credits” and “Barbucks,” under the following conditions:

  • Bet Credits: These are in-app credits that allow you to play games within the Service. Bet Credits are earned by scanning valid QR codes provided by our partner restaurants.
  • Barbucks: These are in-app points awarded as winnings from games played using Bet Credits. Barbucks can be redeemed for food and beverage rewards at participating partner restaurants, as specified within the Service.
  • IMPORTANT – No Monetary Value: You acknowledge and agree that Bet Credits and Barbucks are not real-world currency and have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any purpose outside of the FanFeast Service. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate these virtual items at our sole discretion.
  • Redemption: All reward redemptions are subject to availability as determined by the partner restaurant. FanFeast is a platform that facilitates these rewards, but the partner restaurant is solely responsible for fulfilling any redeemed item.

 

3. User Conduct and Content (Chat)

 

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, and content that you submit, post, and display on the FanFeast service, including in any chat feature (“User Content”).

By using our Service, you agree not to post User Content that:

  • Is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
  • Infringes on any party’s intellectual property, including copyright or trademark.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
  • Is invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or links to malicious websites.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review User Content. We may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate user accounts that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions without notice.

 

4. Termination

 

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall FanFeast, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
